People put wishes in a bottle in hopes that they come true. These little fairies put themselves in bottles in hopes that they would become human.
This all about "kawaii".

You might be able to dig a bit and find something deeper, that might be taking this little show too seriously . . . or not.

I found this to be one of the less cereberal anime out there, just sit back and watch it unfold . . . the tranquility will oooze into you and you will be happy.

The fans at ANN seemed to feel this was worth a 6.5, I feel it was worth about a 7 or sukosh more. Now and then it's good to have a show like this that just runs and works and makes you feel kind of nice.
