I got to see this show from start to finish. It's funny and is rather rewatchable. If it was available here in North America I'd recommend it as a good comedy.
The character designs are by the same person who gave us Hand Maid May, G-on Riders as well as Cosplay Coplex and serves as an Animation director on Gurren-Lagenn.

The fans over at ANN give this one a solid 7.3..... I disagree
I think it deserves a good 7.8.
