Please/Onegai Teacher おねがい☆ティーチャー |
I've been
trying to bring you some goodies from Onegai Teacher (Please Teacher) and
Onegai Twins (Please Twins). Onegai Twins have their own little website here at
AnimeOnnaZuki.
This way to the images!
Just click on the link/banner

Onegai Teacher starts out with Kei Kusanagi
(high school student) at the local lakeside . . .
and catches Mizuho Kazami (an alien observer) practically getting
out of her space ship . . .
She tries to get him to keep it a secret so she
doesn't have to leave earth . . .
SHE gets a job teaching at Kei's high school .
. .
then they get caught in the bathtub by his aunt and uncle that he lives with
. . .
THEN they get caught alone together in one of the equipment rooms at the
school . . .
THEN
they get married so Mizuho doesn't loose her teaching job and Kei doesn't get
kicked out of school . . .
After that the really wild stuff starts.
Basically it's an interesting, very sensual, romantic comedy about relationships, accidents *heh*, and learning not only to cope with problems in those relationships but disabilities as well.
The TV series is available on DVD from Bandai
Entertainment. There are also manga available as well.
I haven't heard anything about it being on TV here in the USA . . .
but I no longer have cable TV
so there might be something coming up that I don't know about . . .
The
sequel Onegai Twins is about two girls with very opposite personalities and the
guy caught in the middle. It goes along the "romantic comedy" lines like the 1st
Onegai series but it isn't really about Onegai Teacher even though some of the characters will reprise.
Bandai has the rights to this too and all of the DVDs are out.
