| Personally, this is an interesting show with a unique concept about the lives of people and how their very existence is stolen, replaced by a "torch" that acts as merely a place-holder for the victim. Eventually the torch fades and goes out along with the memories of the victim's existence. |
| While the concept is kind of
different for me, the show still is about magic and fighting
evil . . . with very small amounts of fanservice. This show tends to take itself seriously. Only the DVD extras take a lighter turn. I give this one about a 7.8. It's rewatchable and doesn't have too many slow parts or fillers. The ending does leave a bit to be desired as many things are left open . . . BUT . . . . . . there is a second series out in Japan and a movie and a OVA Over at ANN the fans say it rates about a 8.2 |
